The Middlecreek Valley Antique Association will be holding its Annual Fall Antique Machinery Show on August 22nd & 23rd, 2025. This show features antique tractors, engines, truck and tractor pulls, square dancing, equipment demonstrations, flea market, craft vendors, lots of food with both free parking and admission!! Corvette enthusiasts can enjoy a fun-filled event featuring over 5,000 corvettes from all generations of classic American sports car. You can also participate in dyno testing, burnouts and the parade through historic downtown Carlisle. There is also a corvette giveaway!

East Broad Top RR ~ Train Excursions

Enjoy a leisurely summer train excursion over the recently restored mainline of the historic East Broad Top Railroad. Trains travel northbound from the Orbisonia Station for a 45 minute roundtrip through the scenic Aughwick Valley.
Riders can choose from three levels of service:
Enjoy unobstructed views of the Aughwick Valley from an open-air car.
Enclosed coach featuring large viewing windows and padded seats.
Caboose Class - Ride the rails like a member of the train crew aboard an historic caboose.

Elizabethtown Fair August 18th – 23rd, 2025

The Annual Elizabethtown Fair is one of 109 good old fashioned Fairs in the state of Pennsylvania. The fair is held in Elizabethtown PA August 18th through 23rd, 2025, and offers competitive exhibits of animals, livestock, and agriculture. There are rides, a kid's petting zoo, pet and dairy show, tractor parade, masters of the chainsaw, crafts and baked goods auctions, lots of great food, live nightly entertainment, fireworks and much more!
