![]() | A Pennsylvania Treasure: The Rockville Bridge Rockville Bridge, completed in 1902, was, and still remains, the longest stone arch masonry railroad viaduct in the world. Constructed between 1900 and 1902 by the Pennsylvania Railroad, 3,820 feet in length, the 48 arches span Susquehanna River about 5 miles north of Harrisburg, PA, just south of Marysville, PA. It is a remarkable sight to see all the trains roll across this historic structure on a daily basis, and you never know what might show up next!
